Antimony stabilizers are used in PVC products to improve thermal stability, UV resistance, and mechanical properties. They form a complex with PVC polymer to prevent thermal degradation and are commonly used in PVC pipes, siding, window frames, and vinyl flooring. They are also used in other plastic products and are an alternative to lead and organotin stabilizers. They have a good synergistic effect with Calcium-zinc and Organo tin Stabilers.
